Bring Light to the Darkness left from Tragedy
On Saturday morning, October 7th 2023, hundreds of Hamas terrorists broke through the borders between Gaza and Israel, took over bases in the south, and continued on after slaughtering Israeli soldiers to advance towards Israeli towns in the north. They were heavily armed and killed over 700 hundred Jews in the south of Israel. Many of the people in these towns put up a strong fight, but were overrun.
From these moments of tragedy, come acts of heroism in the name of self sacrifice to protect those you love. One of those stories occurred when a home was invaded by Hamas terrorists. The children hid and the terrorists spotted the mother and father and took them hostage. One of the eldest children called their grandmother, who was in a different town. Not knowing how to protect her brothers and sisters, she told her grandmother as best she could what was happening. The grandmother then called a close neighbor who lived close to this family whose home had been invaded. He and his family were hiding from the terrorists when he received this call. In an act of bravery, he chose to leave his own home and attempted to rescue these children. He successfully entered the home, saved the children, and brought them into his own home. These children’s parents were murdered, making them orphans for life. There are numerous stories like this.
There are an immense amount of orphans that have been created as a result of the invasion. Just as many families will be left completely fatherless, leaving widows without the main source of income they once had to provide for their families. As war rages on, many people will be left devastated as they learn to cope without a father and/or mother. Many families will be torn apart. It is up to us to answer the cries of those who are suffering, for we are the vessels who are called to act in the name of G-d.
We ask you to join us as we work to bring sustenance to those in need. Many are in need of medical supplies, food, water, clothing, and shelter. Our goal is to raise $1 million to help these families as they try to find safety from the onslaught. We ask for your support in these trying times, as we work to show the people of Israel the support they need as they defend their homes and families. We thank you for your partnership. Thus far, we have helped thousands of widows, orphans, and those left in poverty in Israel, bringing them sustainability and hope. We thank you for all that you do to help us change lives.
The future is growing very dark in Israel, so we need to bring LIGHT!
At King's Ransom Foundation, we provide food and financial support to children and widows who have no way to provide for themselves (many of whom also have children to raise. We work directly with people and organizations in Israel to ensure that food and supplies are distributed exactly where they are needed. And we provide post-traumatic counseling to victims of violence.
We are working to raise $1,000,000 during 2023 to ensure that badly-needed food and supplies make it safely to the hands of those who have been affected by the recent terrorists activities. It sounds like a huge goal, but it's a huge need. And you'd be amazed at how quickly something like this comes together when lots of people are working together.
Be sure to share this with everyone you know. Who knows? Israel has a way of capturing people's hearts. You may find yourself at the end of the year wanting to continue blessing our friends in Israel.
King's Ransom Foundation is unique. Our operational expenses are totally underwritten by a private corporate sponsor, so 100% of your gift goes directly to the poor. It's our promise to you.

You're amazing.
Thank you for having the heart of compassion that serves people who may never be able to do anything for you in return. God promises to reward those who serve "the least of these": the poor, the widow, and the orphan. How much more does He notice when you reach all the way to Israel, the Apple of His Eye?
